We have extensive trial and disposition experience in patents, trade secrets, chemical exposure and toxic release.  Technical consulting services are offered in the areas of chemical and polymer reaction engineering,   solvents,  devolatilization, polymer blends and alloys, nanoparticles, compositional quenching, compounding, plastics recycling, interactive  process, models,  pilot plants, design and scaleup of batch and continuous processes. We have experience in polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, ABS, phenolics, Noryl, and many other polymers. Legal support services include expert testimony and consultation on patent infringement and validity, freedom-to-operate, trade secrets, toxic torts, TOSCA, chemical releases, chemical exposure, Super Fund issues, environmental damage, fires, explosions, personal injury, and product liability.
